Anno Distillers

Eco electrical surveyed the lighting system, proposed, supplied and installed an LED system in place of the energy guzzling metal halide and fluorescent tubes.

Jasmin Vardimon Company

The open, industrial-style design of the whole building features exposed ceilings throughout, with all services on display, demonstrating immaculate and bespoke cabling and containment.

Maidstone Girls Grammar School

New modern sports facilities have been constructed including features such as LED lighting, data and audio systems as well as a fire alarm system, all designed, installed and commissioned by eco.

Kingshill Farmhouse

The once dilapidated building required extensive structural repairs, restoration and complete refurbishment to create this guest house, featured on the Channel 4 show, ‘Extraordinary Escapes’.

The Stones

Eco provided a full turnkey service, from design through to commissioning. The full power and lighting install, as well as smart home services and audio visual equipment.

The Gastronomist

The Gastronomist was one of the first to snap up a tenancy at Elwick Place, a new 100,000 sq ft leisure and restaurant development -  one of Ashford’s 'big 8' projects.

Holcombe Grammar School

The existing school gym now provides a common room for sixth form pupils whilst another space has been prepared for the fit out of a flexible auditorium.

University of Kent

The work was carried out whilst the building was occupied and involved installation of power circuits, socket installations and lighting for the offices.

The Great Hall

The newly constructed Great Hall has two modes of operation: assembly for up to 600 and the theatre mode of 350, made possible by the use of retractable seating concealed behind movable wall panels. 

Battle of Britain Memorial

Lighting for the prestigious memorial, unveiled by Her Majesty Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon (the Late Queen Mother and King Charles' Grandmother), on 9 July 1993, involved highlighting a number of features on the site.
